	BJ Reed of Piecemaking LLC is offering Mum's the Word Pillow Project workshop for the duration of four weeks. After signing up for the class, pick a start time that suits your own schedule, I will furnish a supply list, technique instructions by PDF files, and information to sign up to a student-only Yahoo Group where I will personally answer and discuss any technical or design issues that you might wish to discuss. Mum's the Word Quilted Pillow Project will take you throught numerous fiber surface techniques to a completed decorative quilted pillow cover. Shown below are the front and back of the pillow. You can make one similar or use images and lettering of your choice. The first technique will cover the natural rust deying process to make the beautiful rust marks on the cotton fabric, the second technique will include instructions for the photo transfer images and lettering, we will cover contour quilting techiques around the marks, then we will finish with constructing the pillow cover.
