using her guitar pattern, at PA National Quilt Extravaganza in Harrisburg in September 2007. I finished it and presented it to our son Mike Sabo upon his graduation with a PhD in Chemistry in December, 2007 from the University of Louisville KY. He also plays in a rock band thus the guitars. We are so proud of him! |

I used my hand dyed and painted cotton fabrics to complete this fused guitar design. It was heavily free motion machine quilted with various rayon and cotton threads. It measures 26" by 26". I took this pix right before the finishing touches, now Mike's wall hanging sports an image of him playing in his band.
